If you have a static park home, chalet or a holiday home with a closed water system (no water tanks in the attic), then this is the long time absence and winter drain down kit for your needs.

The Floë APT1101 system is a simple way to drain down your static caravan, home or holiday home in preparation for those cold winter frosts.

By connecting floe to a typical 1/2″ or 3/4″ fitting such as an outside tap, washing machine or dishwasher connection, you will be able to blow the water out of your taps and fittings effortlessly.

Particularly of use to second home owners and landlords for vacancies over holiday times.

Minutes draining down will give you peace of mind that your property is protected whatever the season.

ATTENTION

Please do not pressurise system to more than 30PSI and always read instructions thoroughly before use.

In a home environment, our device is mainly only for use with closed water systems that use mains water throughout the property. If your home is an open system with attic water storage tanks do not use our device without advice from a qualified plumber.

Homes and static caravans with newer non-return outside taps (white insert in tap mouth) will need to be modified or replaced with older full return types.
