Vintage charm from Yves Saint Laurent that was completely worn out. It has been recently refurbished with red enamel at the back (which already existed) and 18K gold . Perfect condition pendant associated with a fresh water pearl necklace and precious stones (non brand) . The design of the necklace exists as a vintage ysl made in the past .
